Missed DSG service - how serious?

Hello,

I've just brought a used Seat Leon 2.0 TFSI DSG with 74k on clock.

It had Seat service history to 50k and then other garages up to 72k. I rang Seat and they've told me they have never serviced the DSG box and I can't find any invoices related to the DSG box.

Now the DSG box is jerking from 2nd to 1st when the car is up to temperature, it also seems to jerk a lot in reverse. I have booked the car in for a Oil & Filter change a long with a DSG reset. I'm just worried that isn't going to solve it.

How worried should I be? The DSG box works perfect when its cold and getting up to temperature.
