As the title says. I've noticed this flashing later in the day, a couple of times this past week. I'm guessing it's a warning that the outside temperature has dropped below 4° and ice on the road could be a possibility even though my phone's weather app says it is not that cold.

I can't find any confirmation in the user manual as to what this warning is.
