Guys this is really killing me. When I'm driving, or idle, or the car turned off but the radio is on, sometimes it just goes off by itself. Usually happens when I'm driving and I can't seem to find a solution. If I'm listening to a cassete, iPod, or anything, sometimes the head unit turns off itself and shows the date and time, just like that. Then I just have to turn it on again.

Any help?

Sounds like connector behidn stereo could be knackered, might be crushed between wires, when you fit aftermarket for example its always a bit of a bugger getting all wires back in sometimes.

could be relay? definately an autoelectrican job or someone who knows his electrics as its intermittant. if it just didnt work would be easier but got to be cable or relay or something along those lines i think:confused1bb:
