Ben has recently changed email address, is awaiting verification email and hasn't received it yet.
Disabled all spam filters and requested another and didn't receive that.
I added him to the messenger, sent him an email to the address his account is set up for right now ([email protected]) and that worked OK, he replied to it fine.
I don't have the option to change his account status, nor change his email address - perhaps someone can try and do this?
His email is activated (I guess) as I emailled him in which he replied no problem.
