Leon 2014 Mk3 5f wheels question

Hi guys, new here to the forum, got myself a Leon 2014 tsi 1.4, and IT Has 16 ríms on IT, offset 43, i would like to get 17s fór IT,
they are with offset 49, will IT fit? Also, do i have to write IT in the vehicle registration certificate?
