I quickly took out the Seat HU in my arosa when I got it at the weekend as it only played tapes - no good for a music fan like me.

I have fitted a new HU that plays CDS/MP3 players but I have a problem with it. When you turn the engine off the radio loses all the pre-stored data. Is a bit of a pain to have to keep tuning to radio stations everytime I go in the car.

All the leads are in correctly so not sure what might be wrong?? Any help would be appreciated.

swap the red and yellow wires over....there should be bullet connectors on the aftermarket wiring loom so you can put red to yellow and yellow to red quite easily.

That should fix it :)
