Out of the blue, the Power Steering warning light came on and I lost Power steering on my 2004 Altea Spirt 1.9 TDI.
A garage reset the code and it ran for a month nk problem , then back came the power steering fault.
I got the fault reset again, but the fault came back within a day .
I tried dusconnecting the battery , no joy with that when reconnected, and as I cannot find a Power steering fluid reservoir , I assume it must be electric power steering .
Its old , but I would love to be able to keep it on the road if you can help ?
